Supporting the Treasure Valley Through Meaningful Giving

The Bews Foundation provides charitable grants to organizations in Southwestern Idaho, continuing the legacy of Edward and Shirley Bews.

Our Mission:

We are dedicated to fulfilling the charitable vision of Ed and Shirley Bews by supporting organizations that strengthen communities across the Treasure Valley.

Grant Eligibility

We provide funding to organizations that:

  • Are public schools, municipalities, or religious organizations

  • Are registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits

  • Operate within these counties of Treasure Valley, Idaho:

    • Payette, Gem, Boise, Canyon, Ada, Elmore, and Owyhee counties.

  • Align with our charitable focus areas

How to Apply

For requests under $10,000:
Submit a grant request letter, application form (page 1), and IRS determination letter.

For requests over $10,000:
Complete the full grant application form.
