Our Mission:
We are dedicated to fulfilling the charitable vision of Ed and Shirley Bews by supporting organizations that strengthen communities across the Treasure Valley.
Grant Application Guidelines
The Bews Foundation provides charitable grants to qualified organizations serving the Treasure Valley. We offer two application paths based on funding needs.
Eligibility Requirements
Grant requests will only be considered if the applicant:
Are public schools, municipalities, or religious organizations
Is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization
Operates within the Treasure Valley, Idaho
Aligns with the Foundation’s charitable mission
Please note:
The Foundation does not provide funding to individuals
Applications for projects outside the Treasure Valley will not be accepted
Funding is limited and awarded at the Foundation’s discretion
Review Process
The Bews Foundation awards grants twice per year:
Spring Deadline: April 30
Fall Deadline: October 31
All applications received by these deadlines will be reviewed during the corresponding funding cycle. Requests over $10,000 are subject to a more comprehensive evaluation process, and selected applicants may be contacted for additional information.
